2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same device, IP address, or identity is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all related accounts will be closed and any bonus balance held in them will be voided.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided when creating an account must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Any change in information must be reported to our support team without delay. Providing false or misleading information will result in account suspension or closure.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately change your password via our login page and notify the support team. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
The payment methods currently accepted at jeu77 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (via any method).
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact us via live chat or email.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.

4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
- Example: ৳18,000 deposit → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to third parties.
- If multiple individuals from the same household or device claim the welcome bonus, both claims may be cancelled.
- jeu77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
4.4 VIP Program
jeu77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play, and the weekly cashback benefit increases at each tier. VIP benefits are governed by separate terms and conditions.
5. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other players.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
- Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
- Betting with or funding an account using third-party funds.
6. Limitation of Liability

6.2 Third-Party Software

jeu77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

- False identity information has been provided.
- Evidence of being a minor is found.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
If an account is closed through no fault of jeu77, the real money balance will be returned, but the bonus balance will be considered void.
